Tate Rice combines his North Carolina State University mechanical engineering degree, easy going demeanor and years of building experience to create homes of utmost quality at a fair and competitive price.

Tate worked his way through college working summers for a local builder. After attaining his degree, he worked in the process control industry for seven years. However, Tate still had the desire to build homes. A brief superintendent stint gave way to Tate Rice Homes, Inc.
